Prior to applying for financing online, please notify Elite Fence & Deck, Inc. of your intent to finance your contract with our company.
Once you apply, Elite Fence & Deck, Inc. will be notified of your loan determination.

Once your loan is determined, you will be contacted by Elite Fence & Deck, Inc. to complete the finance process.

To apply for financing you must be the owner of the property. Mariner Finance will not finance to renters of a rental property.

Please gather the following information, prior to beginning your finance application:

• Applicant’s Name
• Address
• Date of Birth
• SSN
• Cell Phone Number
• E-mail Address
• Applicants Income (co-applicants information, if a joint account)
• Employers Name/Phone Number
• Time at your job
• Monthly Mortgage payment
• Balance of mortgage
• Current home value
• How long you have been at this address (if less than 3 years, previous address)

Shortly after your fence or deck is installed, you will receive a Welcome Packet from Mariner Finance with the details of your loan, as well as your payment information.
